First, some very important things to clarify:

A credit card number is required to secure an appointment. It will not be charged.
There is a minimum bench fee of $100.00 for any and all work. This fee will be absorbed into invoice amounts of $100.00 or more.
The minimum bench fee of $100.00 will be charged if ALL work is declined and is payable by cash, check, card, Venmo, or Paypal.
You will be charged a fee of $50.00 if the appointment is missed. An appointment is considered missed at 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled 2 hours or more in advance. There is a link in your communication from Square Appointments to do this.
You will receive email confirmation for your booking. It contains important info. Please read it.
Upon acceptance, all jobs over $300 require 25% prepayment.
Any special order parts must be paid for in advance. This may require paying for shipping.
Labor rate is $100 per hour, and is subject to change without notice.
Turnaround times are not guaranteed, and fluctuate depending on the current workload and work being performed. No commitment will be made to meet a specific timeline.
