• A credit card number is required to secure an Intake appointment. It will NOT be charged at the time of booking. It is optional to pre-pay.

• There is a minimum fee of $75.00 for any Maintenance Intake appointments, and $100 for all Restoration Intake appointments. This fee will be deducted from your completed invoice total.

• The minimum fee WILL be charged if the proposed work is declined OR deferred to a later time.

• A 3% surcharge will be added to completed invoices paid by credit or debit cards.

• All Pick Up appointments must be scheduled online. There is no fee nor card information required.

• A Follow Up appointment is available free of charge for any setup-related repair work (including fret work) up to 60 days after Pick Up.

• You will be charged a fee of $50.00 if the appointment is missed without explanation.

• You will receive email confirmation for your booking. It contains important info. Please read it.

• Accepted warranty repairs for C.F. Martin and Taylor Guitars will have the minimum fee waived.
